Frozen Grapes
Description
This time of year gets busy, and the grapes are coming on strong. I've tried canning grape juice, which is pretty tasty, but it's quite a bit of work. This way of preserving your grape harvest is ridiculously easy, and as one of my students said, "this is the best frozen food I've ever tasted!". His eyes glazed over.

Prepare Your Grapes and Freeze Them
Pull your grapes off the stems and wash well. Discard any bad ones. Drain well by spreading them on a towel.
Line a cookie sheet (or more than one, if you have a lot of grapes!) with parchment paper, and spread the grapes on the sheet in a single layer. Try to give them some breathing room by not having them all pressed up against each other. Freeze this tray of grapes. After a few hours, when they are frozen, put them in a freezer container, jar, or ziplock bag. Store in the freezer.
I like to eat them frozen, just as they are, or mixed in with some plain yogurt.
See you easy this is?
