This workshop offers hands-on training. In times of rising costs, it pays to find inexpensive, low-energy ways to put up our harvest, while preserving nutrients. We will explore ways to dress it up.
Students will receive handouts, as well as a jar of sauerkraut. Cabbage will be provided.
