This workshop offers hands-on training. In times of rising costs, it pays to find inexpensive, low-energy ways to put up our harvest, while preserving nutrients. We will explore Carrots, beets, and turnips.
Students will receive handouts, as well as a jar each of fermented carrots, and fermented beets with turnips. Vegetables and salt will be provided.
